Garrett Eddington is an accomplished senior manager and military veteran, who is armed with degrees in Business Management. He presently holds the position of Senior Business Development Manager at Vision Sales Group, where he demonstrates proficiency in product sales, training, and business development. Garrett brings a wealth of leadership experience from roles at The Boeing Company and the United States Marine Corps, offering a valuable skill set that encompasses account management, customer service, and project management in addition to his dedication to the kitchen and bath sales field.
Tyler adds significant value to the team with his character and desire to over-achieve. As our customer base is multi-generational, we feel there is an added benefit to have a team that mimics our clients and are excited to blend younger, passionate members into our team. Coming from a family of building industry professionals is a huge asset in gaining comprehension which our brand partners and customer admire. He has excellent relationship building skills which is evident in every interaction.
Megan Kelly brings her family's construction legacy to life in her role at Vision Sales Group, infusing an exceptional work ethic into every aspect of her professional journey. With close to a decade of experience at a leading national plumbing wholesaler, specializing in the showroom division, Megan has cultivated expertise across various VSG categories, spanning plumbing, hardware, appliances, and lighting. Her proficiency is finely tuned. A standout highlight is Megan's recent pivotal role in managing her husband’s electrician business, where she championed a customer-first mentality that seamlessly aligns with the ethos of our team.
Aaron brings significant experience across multiple VSG brand categories and has been a well-recognized, leading rep in the market for many years. In addition, he has experience working in showroom sales and management, outside sales for a hardware distributor and as a Bath/Kitchen/Hardware independent rep for the past 10 years. With this diversity in both previous experience and product knowledge, we are excited to add him to the VSG team and continue our pursuit in expanding the traction of our brand partners.
April is an accomplished Sales Account Manager in the Luxury Kitchen and Bath industry, known for her expertise in client relationship building and delivering exceptional solutions. Her passion and commitment have played a crucial role in boosting business growth and customer satisfaction among high-end clients. With a profound understanding of industry trends, April consistently excels in creating customized experiences and providing premium products and services that surpass expectations.
Blake joins VSG to support our product partners in the Northern California market. As a hockey goalkeeper, earning 2 CA state championships and current professional roller hockey player, he understands the commitment and effort required to succeed. This “team first” DNA is a perfect fit for the VSG team culture. Additionally, he has 4 years of experience as a plumbing apprentice providing significant technical insight into the installation side of product support which will be of great value to our clientele.
Jennifer brings a passion to the VSG team that has been honed through several years in the business. She is well versed in plumbing, hardware, cabinetry and design experience. Her skill set is all-encompassing through her experience in Operations, Estimating & Outside Sales. She has been an overachiever and constantly promoted during each stop in her career development. We are very pleased to welcome her to the VSG family and our clients will benefit in her selfless pursuit to make their jobs easier through the training and support of their businesses.
Juan Carlos joins Vision Sales Group with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to help people. Born in Venezuela and recently becoming a US citizen, he has an incredible work ethic, is bilingual and has learned the value of listening first and then finding a solution; a great skill for a salesperson. Based in the Portland market to serve our Pacific Northwest team. He has a doctorate degree from Universidad Del Zulia in Venezuela and holds several advanced education degrees and certifications which reinforces his desire to be an overachiever in all he tackles.
Emilio is a skilled team player who flourishes in hectic work environments. A truly valued asset in our industry, as we troubleshoot and solve challenges for our clients. He enjoys the teaching and helping aspect of our position in the marketplace and most of all he wants to help. Tiffany joins Vision Sales with experience in Management, Real Estate sales and Construction. Through these passions, she brings a unique vision to projects and her clientele. She understands the value of quality construction and how that can ultimately have a significant impact on the completed project. While her experience is present at all times, it is impossible to miss her positive energy and “can do” attitude that will provide our clients a caring partner in their business.
Mark joins the VSG team with significant experience in the cabinet business, sales team management as well as builder specific sales. This experience makes him an great fit for our team and a great asset for our clientele; as our goal is to both support and expand our existing customer base but also drive revenue opportunities through downstream activity.
Dennis works with VSG as an expert consultant in the Hawaii market and provides more than a decade of sales experience on the Islands. While this experience makes him a perfect fit for VSG’s expanding markets and sales in Hawaii, this is the tip of the iceberg for Dennis. For over 4 decades, Dennis has managed major divisions and executive sales & marketing teams within multi-million dollar publicly-traded companies. His ability to strategize with foresight is a tremendous asset to the team.
Regan’s experience includes a degree in Interior Design & Business degree from FIDM – Los Angeles. She followed up her education with over 10 years of experience in client support and showroom sales in Southern California and Arizona; working for the largest wholesaler in the US. She is also ALA certified. Her design experience and millennial view of the market place creates a refreshing new approach and understanding the buying habits of today’s #1 spenders
Kim joins the VSG team to solidify our inside Sales Concierge team. Kim has been in the business for 23 years and has worked with clients throughout the Western US. Her experience and problem solving skills will elevate our customer experience and provide support to our outside sales team. She has a customer-first mentality and a desire to help people. She will be the perfect conduit between our manufacture partners and the needs of our clients.
Audrey has spent her career in management of customer service teams and office staff. She has excelled in all aspects from customer facing roles to the critical, detail-oriented requirements of the medical field. She’s responsible for all office tasks including CRM management, sales reporting, team support and social media . She has an organizational mindset and a true respect for customer satisfaction which provides the perfect support knowing the task will be completed beyond expectations, allowing the team to stay in the field hunting opportunities
